This trip is more than a tour of historical places, but a spiritual journey as stories of our faith become tangible while walking in the footsteps of Jesus and His disciples. We’ll be able to encounter God in new ways through worship, prayer and communion services led by Hamilton in these hallowed places. There will be a moderate amount of physical activity, as the terrain can be rough, cobblestone streets and long stairways.
A color brochure with complete details of the costs and itinerary is available in the church office. The cost is $3795 for double occupancy, round trip airfare, dedicated tour bus and guide, accommodations, all breakfasts and dinners and a lunch at a kibbutz. Tips to the guide and bus driver, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, domestic baggage fees, and all items of a personal nature are not included but estimated at $600.
The information night for Federated’s Holy Land Pilgrimage in 2012 was a huge success; 21 people reserved their place by providing deposits for the trip. Since then, other reservations have been placed. Space is limited and will be guaranteed as deposits are received. Deposits may be mailed or phoned into Magi Travel.
