Weekend Services

Traditional Worship Services at 9:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m. on Sundays at Bell Street
From September through mid-June Federated Church offers two worship services each Sunday morning at our Bell Street campus. At the 9 a.m. service, the Ensemble usually serves as the choir. At the 11 a.m. service, the Chancel Choir usually serves as the choir. Monthly our youth choir, FORTE, sings in both morning services.

Alive360 Celebration Worship at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays at the Family Life Center
On September 20, 2009 we launched a new celebration worship service called Alive360.  This energizing, family-friendly worship experience happens at 10 am at the Family Life Center.  Senior Pastor Hamilton Throckmorton gives the message and our new Celebration Worship Leader, Amanda Powell provides music with a global flavor.  This is a joyous alternative to the traditional worship service.

Throughout the program year, from mid-September through early June, Church School is offered for children and youth up through 8th grade during the traditional worship services at 9 & 11am. (Alive360 is a family-friendly service designed to include children in grade one and older.) 

The first Sunday of the month is an exception in the Church School schedule.  On "first Sundays" children in 1st through 6th grade are invited to begin worship with their families, spend the sermon time at KIDZ church in the Chapel with our youth pastor, Rev. Mark Simone and then return to the Sanctuary to share communion time with their parents.

Childcare is available for infants and toddlers during all services - both traditional and Alive360.  Silent pagers are available for parents who have concerns about separating from their children.  We also have a Parents Room adjacent to the Sanctuary on Bell Street where parents can worship with their little ones while viewing the service on closed circuit television.


Summer Schedule:
During the summer months, from mid-June to early September, we have a single Family worship service at 10 a.m.

On Memorial Day Weekend and on many or all Sundays in July, that single service at 10 a.m. is held at The Family Life Center campus.
