From September through mid-June Federated Church offers three worship services each Sunday morning, two worship services at our Bell Street campus and another more casual worship service at our Family Life Center.
Fall of 2010 (on September 12, 2010) we will start a new worship schedule with three different worship services each Sunday morning. The new schedule is as follows:
Blended Worship Service at 8:45 a.m.
The blended worship service happens in our Bell Street Sanctuary. At this service, the Ensemble usually serves as the choir.
Traditional Worship Service at 10:15 a.m.
The traditional worship happens in our Bell Street Sanctuary. At this service, the Chancel Choir usually serves as the choir.
The Alive360 Celebration Worship Service at 11:45 a.m.
Love Globally. Celebrate Locally. Alive360 is an energizing, family-friendly worship experience. Alive360 is our more casual service. Amanda Powell and the Alive360 Music Team provide the music, utilizing resources from around the world.
Throughout the year our other choirs, FORTE (our ecumenical high school youth choir), our Children's Choir and the Men of Chagrin choir will sing at various services.
Throughout the program year, from mid-September through early June,
Church School is offered for children and youth up through 8th grade during the traditional worship services at Bell Street. The first Sunday of the month is an exception, on this Sunday children in 1st grade and older are invited to worship with their families.
During the blended and traditional worship services, childcare is available for infants and toddlers. Silent pagers are available for parents who have concerns about separating from their children. We also have a Parents room adjacent to the Sanctuary where parents can worship with their little ones while viewing the service on closed circuit television.
There is an exception to this schedule on
Memorial Day Weekend. We have a single service at 10:15 a.m. at The Family Life Center campus because of parking limitations at our village location during the Blossom festivities.
Summer Schedule:
During the summer months, from mid-June to early September, we have have
two worship services, both at our Bell Street Campus. The traditional worship service will happen at 9:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary and the Alive360 Celebration worship will happen at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel.
