Whether you are a teacher or a caregiver of any kind, it's important to have a practice that fills your energetic tank so it doesn't run dry. In this class we will practice self-care, and ways to restore the body, mind and spirit at the time of day when we feel the most drained and in need of a break. We will release the day's tensions, seal in all that is useful and good, and consciously rest so that we go into the remainder of our day feeling balanced and refreshed.

Session II: March 2 - April 20 (7 weeks)
Location: Family Life Center Youth Room
Tuition: $65 for 7-week session or $10 for drop-in
Participants: Bring a yoga mat and a blanket or towel; wear non-restrictive clothing.
