    Director of Children's Ministries, Grades 1-6Carol’s involvement with Federated began with her own children joining the Church School program in 1993, and since then we have enjoyed her steadfast and faithful presence as a regular Shepherd and Workshop Leader. Carol joined the staff of Federated in August 2008 to work alongside Jannine Mason in directing programming for children in Grades 1 through 6. 

    Carol and her husband Jim, live in Chagrin Falls. Their family includes college-graduate Molly, college-bound Graham, and sophomore Brooks - who is one of our Youth Shepherds!    (440) 247-6490 ext. 214
